Terms of Service

By creating a Revyo account you accept these terms. Revyo is operated by Keshava Elite Projects. If you are signing up for a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept on its behalf.

Revyo gives your business a QR code and a scan page. A customer scans it, rates their visit, and is sent to Google to post a review in their own words, optionally starting from an AI-drafted suggestion they can edit or discard. Customers can instead send private feedback straight to you. Revyo also reads your Google Business Profile so your reviews and profile health appear in one dashboard.

This is the core rule and we enforce it in the product, not just on this page.

• Every customer is redirected to Google regardless of the rating they gave. Revyo does not filter, delay, or divert anyone based on their score or their wording — a practice known as review gating.
• You must not offer money, discounts, free goods or any other incentive in exchange for a review, or for a positive one specifically.
• You must not write reviews for your own business, ask staff or family to, or buy them.
• You must not discourage, pressure or penalise a customer for leaving a negative review.
• Only ask for reviews from people who genuinely used your business.

These are Google's rules as much as ours, and the consequence of breaking them falls on your listing: reviews get removed and listings get suspended. Revyo exists partly to keep you on the right side of that line. If we find an account being used to game reviews we will suspend it, and we may report it.

Low ratings are captured so you are alerted and can fix the problem. They are never hidden from Google.

• Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give accurate business information — your customers see it on the scan page.
• Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
• One account per person. Do not share logins across a team; ask us about additional users instead.

Connecting your Google Business Profile is optional and you control it. You confirm you are an owner or manager of the listings you connect. Revyo reads your locations and reviews; it never posts, edits or deletes anything on your listing. You can disconnect at any time from the dashboard, or revoke access in your Google account. Your use of Google's services remains subject to Google's own terms.

Revyo can suggest wording for a review. The suggestion is generated from the business name, category, city and the star rating the customer chose — it is a starting point, always editable, and the customer decides what to submit. The review that ends up on Google is the customer's own statement, not ours and not yours. You must not present a draft as a customer's words without them choosing to use it.

• Do not use Revyo for anything unlawful, or for a business you do not operate.
• Do not attempt to access another account's data, probe or overload the service, or work around rate limits.
• Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the service.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, hateful or infringes someone else's rights.

Where a paid plan applies, the price and billing period are those shown at purchase. Fees are payable in advance and, except where the law requires otherwise, are not refundable for a period already started. We will give reasonable notice before changing a price.

Your business information, your customers' feedback and your review history are yours. We process them to run the service as described in the Privacy Policy. You can request an export or a deletion at any time.

We aim to keep Revyo running but do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, faults and problems at Google or our hosting provider can interrupt it. Google's APIs are outside our control, and if Google changes or restricts them some features may change with them.

Revyo is provided as-is, without warranties beyond those the law requires. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost goodwill. Where liability cannot be excluded it is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Specifically: we do not control Google's moderation decisions and cannot guarantee any particular review will appear, remain, or that your listing will rank in any particular way.

You may stop using Revyo and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms — in particular the review-collection rules — or where required by law. On closure we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms and will change the date above; for significant changes we will email account holders. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
